We are not a licensed real estate broker or sales associate and we are not acting as your real estate agent. When we make an offer to buy your property, we are acting as a principal-buyer for our own account. You are not represented by us in the transaction. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Site or our services. If you submit information about a property, you represent that you have authority to do so — either because you own the property, you are a personal representative of an estate that owns it, or you have written authorization from the owner.
3. Cash Offers — Important Disclaimers
